C  L  I  E  N  T   A  G  R  E  E  M  E  N  T

P A Y M E N T

Upon confirmation, a down payment of 20% shall be required from the client to block the date.

The downpayment is non-refundable and non-transferable. However, if the client decides to postpone or move the date,

the client shall inform the Operations Manager and date reservation will be subject to availability. The remaining balance shall be
settled one (1) month before the wedding date. For any reason the team would not be able to show up on the wedding day due to uncontrolled circumstances (weather conditions, medical emergencies, flight cancellations), a full refund will be given to the client a substitute team will be reached if possible. Also, editing of the photos will not start until full payment is received.

P E R M I T S

Permits (i.e. church, venue etc.) and other miscellaneous fees shall be secured and paid for by the client.

 

L O C A L  T R A N S P O R T A T I O N

The client shall provide local transportation of the crew (4) during the filming activities except for Metro Manila, Tagaytay, Batangas & Pampanga areas, Western Visayas and Boracay.

 

F O O D

The client shall provide all meals of the BH Team assigned on the event. Including but not limited to

lunch and dinner on the day of arrival and departure from the venue.

 

F U L L  C R E A T I V E  F R E E D O M

The client must give BH Team their full creative freedom to select, edit or shoot the appropriate footage
from the event. Any request of the client; style, or idea for the photos shall be discussed

only to the BH Team and will be subject to the acceptance.

 

E X C L U S I V I T Y

In order to preserve the quality of the videos, BH Team must be the sole and official videographer on the day of
the wedding. Family members and friends are welcome to take photos and videos at any part of the program as long as they do

not interfere with the team.

 

U N C O N T R O L L E D  C I R C U M S T A N C E S

All care will be taken of with the videos captured. However, in the event that the BH Team fails to execute

in whole or part due to uncontrollable circumstances including but not limited to:
- Force majeure (typhoon, earthquake, flood, fire and other natural calamities)
- Flight delay or flight cancellation; Breakdown of vehicle or heavy traffic;

- Breakdown or loss of any photography equipment
- Church, Hotel and Venue restrictions
- Illness, injury or death of any of the BH Team

- Crimes or felony committed to any of the BH Team on, before or after the event.
The sole remedy for any actions or claims shall be limited to a refund whose total amount cannot
exceed the total monies paid by Client under this Agreement during the time preceding the date on

which such liability arises.
 

L I A B I L I T I E S

BH Team shall limit maximum liability to return all fees paid. After such refund, BH Team shall have no further liability
to the client with respect to this agreement. If however, BH Team fails to perform for any other reason, BH Team shall
not be liable for any amount in excess of the fees the client has paid under this agreement.

 

M A R K E T I N G

BH Team reserves ownership of any video produced during the event and will have the right to use all or any

videos taken for self-marketing purposes unless a non-disclosure agreement is requested.

 

A R C H I V I N G

Upon receiving all outputs, client accepts all responsibility for archiving and protecting the files. Lula does
not permanently archive files. It is the client's responsibility to make sure that digital files are copied to new

media as required.
 

W E D D I N G   D A Y   F A C T O R S

BH Team is not responsible for existing backgrounds or lighting conditions, which may negatively impact or
restrict the video coverage. Ensuring the appropriate behavior of all guests and other persons at the

wedding and other events covered by BH Team shall be the responsibility of client.

 

S C H E D U L E  C H A N G E S

Notification of any changes in schedule or location of events must be made in a timely manner.
Should the client change the wedding date, they may renew their booked schedule. But will still be subject

to the availability and acceptance of the BH team.

 

P A C K A G E  C H A N G E S

Rates are subject to change depending on location and additional expenses as agreed by both BH Team and the

client.
 

D E L I V E R Y

Videos will also be uploaded through Dropbox as soon as post production is done within a 1 month time frame.

 

S P E C I A L   R E Q U E S T

Requests for specific shots of wedding details, persons, speeches and performances should be made prior

to the wedding. Any missed shot shall not be the responsibility of the team.
